SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping — United States

All in-stock orders ship within 48 to 72 business hours of purchase. Shipments are sent via FedEx with full insurance coverage and adult signature required. The shipping fee is $40.00 for all U.S. orders.

If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, a member of the ALMASIKA team will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. Out-of-stock and made-to-order pieces are typically completed and shipped within four to six weeks. You will receive your FedEx tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

ALMASIKA does not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

International Shipping

International orders ship via FedEx fully insured. The shipping fee is $95.00. This rate does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ALMASIKA has no control over customs processing times, and transit times provided by FedEx are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All international orders, including those shipped to the United Kingdom, are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on international purchases.

General Terms

ALMASIKA insures all shipments against loss or damage in transit. In the event that a U.S. package is lost or damaged, please contact us at contact@almasika.com within one business day of the expected delivery date. For international shipments, please notify us within two business days of the expected delivery date. Claims submitted outside of these windows may not be eligible for coverage.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are subject to change. ALMASIKA is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
