RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALMASIKA accepts returns on U.S. online orders under the following conditions.

To initiate a return, you must email contact@almasika.com within five business days of delivery. You will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid FedEx return label. Your item must be shipped back within 48 hours of receiving return confirmation, with all original packaging intact, including boxes, pouches, and any ALMASIKA signature packaging materials.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. ALMASIKA reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any form. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that the following are deducted from your refund: insured return shipping ($80.00) and a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances: bespoke pieces, personalized or engraved items, custom orders, and preordered items.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. International shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
