RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALMASIKA accepts returns on U.S. online orders under the following conditions.

To initiate a return, you must email contact@almasika.com within seven days of delivery with your order number. You will receive a return authorization and a prepaid, insured FedEx return label. Your item must be shipped back within three days of receiving return confirmation, with all original packaging intact, including boxes, pouches, certificates, and any ALMASIKA signature packaging materials.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. ALMASIKA reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any form. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Returns for exchange or store credit receive complimentary return shipping. For returns refunded to the original payment method, an insured return shipping fee of $35.00 is deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee. Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased with a promotional or welcome discount are eligible for return under this policy. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances: bespoke pieces, personalized or engraved items, custom orders, pieces that have been resized or altered whether by ALMASIKA or by a third party, and gift cards.

Gift Cards

ALMASIKA gift cards do not expire and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees. They are not reloadable and cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law. For approved returns, any amount paid by gift card will be refunded to a gift card or issued as non-expiring store credit. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded in accordance with this policy. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. International shipping rates do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged, or if we have made an error with your order, ALMASIKA covers shipping in both directions. Please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Pricing and Availability

ALMASIKA reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund in the event of an error in price, description, or availability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
